Job Position : Investment Analyst

Location : Abu Dhabi
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze new investment opportunities.
– Assist to CEO and Investment Committee with the evaluation of new developments.
– Coordinate with external consultants to obtain the best and highest-use studies for the undeveloped properties.
– Coordinate with external consultants to perform feasibility studies and review their work.
– Conduct research on the property market and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis.
– Perform internal valuation for existing properties.
– Participate in the monitoring and management of the investments.
– Determine optimal financing strategy for the new developments.
Requirements:
Skill Requirements:
* Depth knowledge of the UAE property market. Preferably in Abu Dhabi.
* Sound knowledge of financial models to analyze new investment opportunities.
* Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
* Excellent research and writing abilities.
* Confident presentation abilities.
* A team player who can work independently.
