An international coffee chain company has an urgent need for District Manager locally available and ready to join our team.
Job Purpose
To ensure consistency of sales performance, marketing and promotion, staffing needs and cleanliness to maximize profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor the operational activities of assigned branches such as sales performance, staffing, training, effectively resolving guest complains, direct implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with guiding principle of the company.
Guide, train staff to prepare food cost, identify errors and ensure accurate food cost report prior submission.
Design and develop systems which provide information to Managers on how to reach the target market and company profitability.
Manage the day-to-day activities of all branches of assigned area through coordination with Store Managers/SIC.
Design and develop systems and procedures to improve the competitive operating quality of the unit.
Supervise the implementation of standard procedures set by the company including the guidelines and product specifications.
Organize work assignments, provide training and arrange plan leave of management team.
Coach the management team for the quality improvement, reaching quotas, staffing budgets and others.
Conduct the employee performance review, identify employee needs and work with the management team.
Conduct regular meetings with SIC for updates and other issues.
Conduct regular store visit and inspection, spot checking.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position
Must possess good working attitude and professionalism.
Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of operations of coffee shop.
Has own car and valid driving license.
