On behalf of our client, we are in the process of recruiting a Business Contract Officer

Job Summary

Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the achievement of the region’s target, through selling and introducing the company’s solutions, products, and services to potential clients, as well as maintaining and growing current accounts and actively seeking and pursuing potential leads to create new accounts.

Main Responsibilities

Technical and Executive Duties

Performing visits to potential clients and introducing existing and new company’s solutions, services, and products pertaining to Business Manpower Solutions, as well as educating clients on the potential benefits of acquiring offered solutions financially, operationally, and technically.
Achieving the assigned sales targets through maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as establishing relationships with potential clients and growing personal networks within the region to expand customer reach.
Attending to the needs and requirements of existing clients through managing new requests and renewals and handling the respective negotiations.
Maintaining thorough and updated knowledge in existing and new solutions, products, and services and utilizing such knowledge to deliver effective sales pitch catering to the different needs of potential clients.
Attending periodic meetings with the regional sales team to provide feedback regarding sales performance and obstacles and the distribution of sales targets.
Assisting in the development of proposals and contracts and ensuring their alignment with the sales and pricing policy while catering for the specific needs of potential clients.
Utilizing the various sales channels to sell and introduce the company’s existing and new solutions, products, and services.
Attending conferences and/or training events and maintaining continuous improvement and self-development to enhance sales techniques.
Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand the customer’s specific needs with the aim of performing a successful sale.
Keeping abreast of historical sales data and trends such as repeat of purchase and seasonality in order to utilize such to knowledge to improve the sales performance.
Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or another related field

Experience & Skills

· Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position
