Creating the strategy and culture required for employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level to support that experimentation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs and use their understanding of an organization’s objectives and its departments to create an ideal training program for employees. The learning strategy depends on the stakeholders’ expectations.

• Embrace and implement different training styles and understand that people have different learning abilities. Their duty is to embrace different training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, classroom training and workshops.

• Produce training materials: In this digital era, the most common training environment is e-learning. L&D managers often design and deliver online courses while considering how the material can apply to other training styles, such as workshops.

• Assess and optimize innovational plans to help employees maximize learning opportunities and optimize training programs.

• Plan and coordinate a SPL’s compensation plans and benefit packages.

• Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the SPL’s objectives.

• Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum degree of bachelor’s in business administration or similar fields.

• At least 8-year experience in the same field.

• Having professional certificates such as (CIPD) is preferable.
