We are searching for a cordial e-commerce account specialist to oversee our NOON account.

As an e-commerce specialist you will be required to conduct research on effective layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.

To ensure success, you should employ a pragmatic approach to pertinent tasks that will ultimately lead to increases in revenue.

Responsibilities

Inspects landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Assists with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
Ensures that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
Inspects and uploads customers’ product reviews.
Monitors website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
Analyses sales-related data to predict future sales and estimate stock requirements.
Process orders and stocks
Monitors, manages, and updates website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
Analyses consumer behavior and preferences
Ensures all product details are mentioned correctly.
Coordinates with the IT department to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time.
Monitors the performance of promotional campaigns.
Identifies and resolves customer queries.
Searches for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have gained at least 2 years of professional experience and expertise in online marketing and e-commerce, especially with focus on NOON Seller Central in the UAE.
Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
Unrivalled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.
Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
High school diploma or similar.
Sharp customer service skills.
