Sales Coordinator Jobs in Bahrain

To coordinate with customer through Email & Telephone.
To review and forward RFQ’s to concern Sales Department.
To follow up with Customers & Operations for details required to prepare quotes accordingly.
To arrange for Gate Pass requirements for Site Visits with the clients for Sales Department and Operation Department.
To prepare Quotations and follow up with clients for status updates after submission of quotes.
To carry out and maintain Documentation for Quotation, Purchase Orders, RFQ & Invoices.
To maintain Official Company Documents for registration purposes with New Clients.
To coordinate for material dispatches and invoices with Operations & Accounts.
To follow up with Customers for Payments receivable & non receivable.
To prepare Sales Status Reports on weekly basis for Management Review.
To follow up/ maintain records of all customers Feedback/ Improvements/ Complaints.
To keep record of Customer Data Base for Regular & New Customers.
To keep direct contact with other members of Sales & Operation Teams.
To keep close contacts with Sub-Contract Service Providers for on- going jobs.

Sales Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:

He should be Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Technology.
He should be Computer Literate/Expert.
He should have Gulf Experience of 5-7 years in Sales Activities.
He should be able to generate Job Status Reports timely & effectively.
He should have experience in Accounts follow up with customer accounts receivable & non receivable.
He should have Good Communication Skills.
