One of our client looking for an outstanding and customer-focused candidate to join Optimus Robotic primary and secondary education institute in the capacity of Admission Manager.
As Admission Manager you will responsible for,
– Organize and manage the admission procedures of students.
– Assisting in meeting prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees and regulations.
– Scheduling classes with instructors
– Clarify students grievance
– Ensuring all students are registered in enrolment process and the specific governing body.
– Maintain an accurate record of all student places available and waiting lists.
– Ensure the student information database is updated at all times..
– Following up on outstanding offers and admissions processes and maintaining or creating files for all new applicants.
