Job Description:
Executive claims will be responsible for coordinating with the customer from the moment there is an intimation of an incident and coordinate with the client/Insurer/Surveyor until the claim is settled to the fullest satisfaction of the customer. The coordination of claims must be in all stages by updating the customer and the follow up with the insurer by tracking the movement of the claim file. The claim statistics need to be updated on the system for better tracking and follow up.
MIS & presentation of data to the management on time by coordinating with internal departments, collecting necessary data, and verifying the same before presenting to the management. Profile requires inter departmental communication skills & time management.
