Human Resources Specialist Jobs in UAE
Planned Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records;
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave);
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves;
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information;
Collaborate with the Management to headhunt, post job ads on careers pages, process incoming resumes and organize interviews;
Assist in the preparation of reports for internal communications;
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
Do regular 1:1 with employees;
Book hotels and tickets for visiting employees;
Organize parties, gatherings and team building activities.
Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years experience, ideally in the IT industry;
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Knowledge of Arabic, Russian or Armenian is an advantage;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;
A well-controlled ego;
Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications;
Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;
Attention to the details;
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law;
Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.
