Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and establish a working plan for each project phase
Analyze and appraise sales methods, costs, and results
Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolios and projects
Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success
Qualifications
1-year experience in real estate
Ability to work with a team
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer handling and maintaining a portfolio
Location: Dubai
Salary: On-discussion
