We have a fantastic job opportunity available for a Clinic Manager based in Oman.

Our client is a prominent state of the art aesthetic dermatology clinic based in a prestigious area in Muscat, Oman. They cater to high end VIP clients and patients seeking discreet state of the art treatment from excellent trained renowned doctors.

The clinic already has a large social media presence, having taken inspiration from the best aesthetic clinics in Paris, France – they pride themselves on their beautiful high-end design and impressive appearance and balanced work environment.

The right candidate will oversee the operations and hygiene standard of the clinic. You will manage every aspect of the daily operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for clients, while driving 100% compliance on Clinic SOP and Ministry of Health standard.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting services and ensure updated records of expenses and revenues.

Qualifications and Experience:

You should hold a Baccalaureate and/or master’s degree in healthcare administration, medical services administration, or a similar field.
Experience in the healthcare industry either as a Registered Nurse or in a similar medical administrative role is preferred. (Experience may substitute for education)
You should have a minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience.
You should have knowledge of medical terminology, clinic routines, procedures, equipment, and facilities
You should have knowledge of computer systems used in medical care, e.g., electronic health record, telemedicine/telehealth, databases.
You should have knowledge and experience in medical quality improvement activities.
You should have the ability to work with different nationalities.
You must have good IT skills, including work experience in ERP system. Knowledge of IT systems like Clinic Management system, Zenoti would be an added advantage.
You should display a professional approach with impeccable integrity, dependability and a strong sense and desire to work in a trust-based and team driven environment.
You must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to be a proactive and contributory member of a highly professional and motivated management team.
