we are looking for Corporate performance Senior Specialist as per the following:
JOB PURPOSE
The Corporate Performance Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring that TAMWEEL ALOULA is achieving its goals and objectives and driving performance improvement across the company through developing and implementing corporate performance management systems, aligning divisions/departments goals and objectives to corporate strategy, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the company’s performance against set targets and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and support strategic decision-making through providing recommendations for corrective actions to executives and management to improve the company’s overall performance
QUALIFICATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of experience in performance management, reporting, management information systems (MIS), or related field within the financial services industry.
· Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to cascade and align corporate strategic objectives and reflect them on divisions/departments objectives.
· Knowledge of data collection protocols to ensure accurate data collection and verification is essential.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data trends.
· Experience with performance management systems and tools.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
