Tendering Manager Jobs in Qatar
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from the initial identification of opportunities to the submission of finalized bids.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather all necessary information, including technical specifications, pricing, and contractual terms, to develop comprehensive tender documents.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client expectations, regulations, and company policies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the preparation of high-quality proposals, incorporating inputs from various departments such as engineering, finance, and legal.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential risks to enhance the competitiveness of our bids.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities, value proposition, and differentiators.
Maintain effective communication channels with clients, responding to queries and clarifications promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to tender submission deadlines and compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
Monitor and evaluate the success of tenders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned in future bidding processes.
Qualifications:
Graduation in Civil Engineering is required. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Tendering Manager or in a similar role within the construction or contracting industry.
In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, regulations, and best practices.
Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects related to construction projects.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Proficiency in using tendering platforms and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qatar residency permit is preferred.
