Urgent Vacancy for a leading Group of Restaurants in Dubai:
FOOD SCIENTIST:
Conduct research and experiment related to the development, processing, and preservation of food products. This includes testing and analyzing food samples, conducting sensory evaluations, and developing new food products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related field
5 years of proven work experience as a Food Scientist or similar role.
Proven ability to work in a laboratory for long periods of time.
Key Skills:
knowledge of a range of sciences and their applications to food
Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
Knowledge of food production methods
Knowledge in biology
Knowledge of chemistry, including safe use and disposal of chemicals
Analytical thinking skills
To be thorough and pay attention to details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
