Job Description:
Proven leadership track record of adding value to a business by driving best in class HR initiatives and practices.
Focused on meeting expectations of stakeholders and Board with aligning HR strategy to business strategy and partnering business in its execution.
Drive and design key changes and improvement in policy and procedure.
Lead the process of building world class talent pipeline and driving diversity and engagement initiatives.
Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
Devise and implemented coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.
Extensive experience of designing organization structures and re-organization. Play a key role of change agent to manage and implement change.
Re-engineering of HR activities, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Leave Management, Performance Appraisals, Training & Career Development, Salary Administration, HR Policies & Procedures, Job Descriptions & Evaluations, Budgeting, Short/Long term Planning and Key strategy implementation across the entire scope of business operation.
This will be an exciting fast paced role with a small sized Broker company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
Familiar with online job posting tools
Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
