Role and Responsibilities:
· Collect data from projects delivery and finance teams then use this information to support the top management taking the right business decisions
· Analyze the data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks and present it in a clear and concise manner to management and other stakeholders
· Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. This may involve developing process flows, functional specifications, and other documentation to guide the development process
· Regularly update the financial models to reflect changes in the company’s financial position and market trends
· Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making
Qualification and Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related major
· Strong communication/interpersonal skills
· Written and spoken fluency in English
· At least 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in a management consulting or IT company.
· High level of analytical thinking, be able to understand, document and explain all levels – from conceptual solutions to detailed data flows.
· Ability to apply proactive creative thinking, and to derive solutions independent of direct supervision.
· Experienced with tools such as MS Excel and developing models (tools to be used: Excel, Visio, Power-Point, general Office products)
