We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, maintaining relationships with the new customers to ensure low churn, and driving revenue growth in the telecom sector. This role involves both hunting for new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly targets, exceeding 100%
consistently.
· Maintain excellent customer service
standards and meet qualitative targets.
· Acquire new accounts for enterprise fixed
and mobile services.
· Developing and maintaining relationships
with customers to ensure low churn.
· Keeping up to date with the latest product
offerings and promotions
· Providing excellent customer service and
handling customer complaints and inquiries
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and
KPIs
· Reporting on sales activities and providing
feedback to management
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business
Administration, or a related field preferred. 2-4
years of experience in corporate sales, with a
focus on telecom sales.
– Excellent communication skills to engage
effectively with customers and understand
their needs.
– Strong sales skills, including lead generation,
negotiation, and closing deals.
– Customer service-oriented mindset with the
ability to deliver a positive experience.
– Proficient time management skills to prioritize
tasks and meet sales targets.
– Comfortable using technology, including CRM
software, for effective sales management.
– Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to
thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive salary ranging from 7,000 – 10,000 based on experience, plus a very attractive commission and incentive scheme based on sales performance.
