Senior Analyst – Oracle Fusion HCM

Salary: 20,000 QAR per month/full package

Certification and Licensure:

Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in Core HR or related certifications to support the job profile.

Oracle Certification in Absence/ Recruitment/Payroll.

Experience working in a Healthcare facility.

Development experience on Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Modules of CoreHR, Recruitment, Absence & Payroll.

·        Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP HCM domain, CoreHR.

·        At least 2 Oracle ERP fusion implementation experiences in organizations of similar size and function.

·        Hands-on functional and technical experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP in large, complex enterprise environments.

·        With extensive knowledge of business processes as relates to Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures, configurations, and processes.

Good understanding of common HR business functions and processes including recruitment, on-boarding, employee administration, benefits, performance management

·        Responsible for identifying exceptions. Participates in process engineering and solution design

·        Leads all requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, setup, configuration, general consulting, data mapping/ conversion, custom report development, testing, training, and support.

·        Lead the complex technical analysis and review the solution overview, technical designs, and configuration, troubleshoot, and support complex systems within the project.

·        Good understanding of Oracle Fusion technology, architecture, and Solutions.

·        Development of HCM Custom Fast Formula as per business requirements (Ex. Payroll Custom Calculations and Absence Validations)

·        Development of HDL (.zip) and Spreadsheet HDL files for supporting business data load needs (HCM Data Loader)

·        Development of Custom BI Report and OTBI reports for HCM

·        Configuration of Workflows for Approval Process (Including SQL Validations)

·        Development of HCM Extract for Integration with OIC

·        Knowledgeable in HCM Modules – Core HR, Workforce Structure, Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation.

·        Knowledgeable in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

·        Knowledgeable in Oracle Visual Builder tool and development

·        Knowledgeable in PAAS APEX Tool and Development

·        Knowledgeable in troubleshooting HCM system issues

·        Knowledgeable in troubleshooting PAAS (custom solution) and OIC system issues

·        Excellent communication, Facilitation, and Listening skills

·        Influencing and Negotiation skills

Highly developed influencing skills, demonstrated by a track record of achieving challenging objectives in complex organizations.
