Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Dubai. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and its programs, managing budgets and resources, and developing and implementing strategic plans. The General Manager will also be responsible for fostering a healthy and productive work environment, and ensuring alignment with the overall vision and values of the company.
Qualifications
Leadership and Management skills, including experience managing teams and budgets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and groups
Experience developing and executing strategic plans
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Business acumen and financial management skills
Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
Experience in the tech industry or with technology-driven startups is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
