Package: Up to 05,000 AED per month, plus benefits.
I am currently supporting a leading investment management company who develop, own, and operate successful F&B, hospitality & entertainment concepts across the Middle East, USA, Asia and Europe.
The group are now looking to launch a new high end French fine dining concept in Dubai, UAE and are now seeking an Executive Chef to manage all BOH operations.
The restaurant is targetting a September 2023 launch, and ideally we’re looking for those with prior pre-opening experience alongside demonstrated experience working within the GCC capacity.
