Role Purpose
Overseeing of the accounts payable function within the accounting department
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Accounts Payable – Check & verify VAT Regulation on supplier Invoices, PO/Contract reference, Payment terms, Approvals for payment proposals.
Inventory – Performing weekly review for GRIR/GDNI in coordination with SCM and Sales Order Processing team to clear and update the remarks accordingly
Assisting in Annual Audit, Preparing Zakat Schedules, VAT requirement, WHT & Customs reports.
Coordinate with Insurance Company to renew all insurance policies timely, keep track for Addition/Deletion of policies and prepare schedules accordingly.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting as required or assigned the line Manager.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting & Finance with ” SOCPA registered/Certified” is must.
Required Years Of Experience
Total 5-7 years’ experience in Accountant Role including 4 years’ experience in Senior Accountant Role.
