We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Ticketing Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch travel services to our corporate clients.

Job Description:

As a Corporate Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless travel booking experience for our corporate clients. Your primary duties will include direct communication with clients, issuing corporate tickets, monitoring ticket prices, introducing our additional services, coordinating with the Finance department, and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Direct Client Communication:** Communicate with corporate clients through official email ID to understand their travel needs and provide swift responses to ticket requests.

2. **Ticket Issuance:** Issue a daily quota of 24 corporate tickets, ensuring all bookings are accurate and comply with client preferences.

3. **Price Monitoring:** Keep a close eye on changes in ticket prices and ensure clients are informed promptly, providing alternative options when necessary.

4. **Service Introduction:** Introduce our range of services to each corporate client, offering personalized travel solutions to meet their needs.

5. **Finance Coordination:** Collaborate with the Finance department to facilitate payment transactions, ensuring a smooth financial process for clients.

6. **CRM Maintenance:** Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client information, including contact numbers, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.

Qualifications:

– 7 years of experience

– Previous experience in corporate ticketing or travel services is preferred.

– bilingual English and Arabic

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficiency in ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.

– Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

– Strong knowledge of travel industry trends and services.
