We are seeking an IT Technical Support to join our dynamic team. As an IT Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, assisting end-users with technical issues, and providing top-tier customer service. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, both remotely and on-site, in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
Addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and support requests to facilitate future troubleshooting and improve system performance.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
Collaborate with the network team to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and certifications to improve technical expertise.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and network systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Certifications related to CompTIA A+, ITIL, Network+, CCNA.
