Job Post – Payroll Manager – Saudi Nationals Only – Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
~Key Accountabilities~
` Implements maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of Payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions.
` Ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
` Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
` Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labor Law in local payroll.
` Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
` Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
` Performs other duties as assigned.
` Responding to employees’ questions about compensations taxes, benefits, and deductions
~Academic Qualifications~
` Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any relevant field.
` CPA, CFA and CIA preferred.
~Professional experience~
` Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, with 2 years of managerial experience.
~Technical Knowledge Area~
` Extensive Knowledge of the Payroll function including preparations, balancing, and Internal Control in payroll taxes.
` Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
` Strong analytical and problem-solving.
` Strong managerial and leadership skills.
` Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
` Proficient with Payroll software.
` Well versed in preparation of leave settlements and end of service settlement etc.
~Other Mandatory Specifications~
` Construction Experience.
