We are currently hiring “Administrative Secretary Assistant/Executive Assistant” for a Saudi group of retail, e-commerce and real-estate companies in Riyadh, KSA.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the Chairman of the company.
– Follow up with company managers within the group to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
– Assist in preparing and delivering presentations with excellent presentation skills.
– Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
– Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
– Conduct research and collect data as needed.
– Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
– Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
– Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
– 10 years’ experience as an administrative secretary assistant or executive assistant.
– Excellent presentation skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Fluency in English and Arabic.
– Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
