We are looking for a Business Development enthusiast based in Saudi Arabia who will connect our customers with magic of our unconventional products. We prioritize putting the customer at the center of everything we do and demonstrating how WebEngage effectively solves their problems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities with Enterprises/SMB clients through personalized emails, telephonic calls, and prospecting via social media platforms, roundtable discussions etc.
Introduce WebEngage’s solutions to appropriate enterprise/SMB prospects within the targeted geographical markets.
Identify key decision makers by utilizing prospecting tools such LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
Perform client-needs analysis and track their pain points to develop a targeted outreach strategy.
Build relationships with Enterprise/SMB customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests.
Schedule potential client meetings with our in-house sales representatives.
Manage the sales funnel while interacting with prospective clients and maintain relationships for remarketed prospects.
Collaborate with sales and marketing heads to strategize on pipeline building and its progress.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Prepare and analyze lead generation pipelines through reports and dashboards, providing insights for future actions.

Ideal Candidate:

4-6 years of experience in lead generation/ sales development/ business development role, with acute understanding of KSA market, preferably in a SAAS company.
Hands-on experience with CRM/prospecting tools like LinkedIn, email drip tools like Outreach and Klenty, and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pipedrive is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and good analytical abilities.
Experience in the Saudi Arabia region is preferred.
Arabic speakers preferred
