Technical Assistance Executive for our Team, based in Doha!
CEGELEC Qatar, operating in the country since 2002, is part of VINCI ENERGIES, a multinational and multilocal business network of the VINCI Group, a global player in the construction, energy and concessions sectors. It has three business lines in Qatar : Actemium (industrial performance), Axians (digital transformation) and Comsip (talent solutions for the energy industry).
Job Responsibilities:
-Will act as key contact for our clients, generating progress reports and documents as needed, ensuring accurate and correct data are entered on their systems.
-Develop professional diplomatic relations with consultants, providing services and support.
-Maintain regular contact with other departments involved in the mobility process including finance, payroll, recruiters, and human resources as for visas, passes, medical requirements, transportation.
To gather timesheets and prepare salary inputs and invoices with Finance department.
-Coordinate and update reporting files for internal reporting.
-Conduct development with partners or agencies overseas when required.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
-At least 3 years of experience in admin/ sales or business development position in the energy sector
-Comfortable with IT tools
