Product Trainer JOB VACACNY IN AMS International
Job Responsibilities:
1. Trainer will be responsible for the classroom, online & In-store training of employees.
2. Ensure trainees excel in the product knowledge, corporate culture, industry knowledge, and sales skills.
3. Create training materials (posters, One-pagers etc.) and competitor analysis.
4. Follow up on low performing promoters and retrain them based on their areas requiring improvement.
5. Standardize training materials, organize the preparation, production and implementation of the training materials.
6. Conduct market visits regularly to analyze promoter’s knowledge and check all the points of the market visit checklist.
7. Coordinate with other departments to achieve the required goal.
8. Train the team leaders to provide in-store trainings and follow-up on their achievement.
9. Evaluate the training results and report to the manager.
10. Actively assist the sales team by clearing their queries via online platforms.
11.complete all the training tasks required to be done by the company management.
