Digital Account Manager are responsible for the onboarding, management, optimization and sustenance of campaigns for the company’s digital accounts.
Serves as the day-to-day manager in executing communications plans on client accounts
Managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, paying attention to detail
Working with the campaign managers and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns, strategies and plans
Improving digital campaign performance results for target clients across the business’ different practice areas
Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities.
Develop client trust by meeting deadlines and being a proven and respected adviser
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience in sales and digital marketing or communications, and/or related fields including campaigns management, content creation reporting, digital advertising and wider marketing communications experience.
They have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or must have proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously.
They should be able to develop digital communications and marketing strategies for existing clients and/or new business development.
They should be able to develop communications plans, implement social media platform tactics and share knowledge with junior team members.
They should understand and be able to provide recommendations on optimization of paid social advertising campaigns.
They should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
