Job Title: Sr. Employee Services Officer

Job purpose

The job holder is responsible for supervising HC Services activities including insurance, personnel management, employee services, travel, and employee relations ensuring the provision of quality services to enhance employees’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure all data in HRIS is up-to-date and accurate for efficient tracking and reporting
Supervise end-to-end HC service activities of new and existing employees (i.e. profiles update, certificates issuance, leave/ attendance administration, change of status, insurance, end-of-service) in line with policies and procedures ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and satisfaction
Develop formal letters and documents to Ministry of Civil Service for communication purposes
Investigate and resolve employee issues, grievances, and misconduct that arise in a timely and efficient manner in line with policies and procedures
Supervise timely support for employees on all personnel-related matters ensuring satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel service providers and ensure timely completion of business travel services for employees
Plan employee events and coordinate with Internal Communications for organization
Supervise administrative tasks related to appointment of new employees or mobility
Coordinate with the concerned sections during the end of probation period to issue employment confirmation or termination letters to employees based on performance
Ensure proper handling of employee attendance and absence for smooth and accurate HC operations
Handle loan requests from loan reviewing to coordinating meetings of Loan Committee in line with CCHI’s policies and procedures
Conduct exit interviews to understand reason of exit and report accordingly for decision-making
Supervise implementation of staff termination procedures including cancellation of work permits and exit permits ensuring adherence to legal requirements

Education, Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field
Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM SCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications or any other equivalent certification is preferable
Basic requirements of oral and written English language (Basic)

Experience

6+ years of relevant experience
Experience in insurance, personnel management, employee services, travel, and employee relations
Previous experience in insurance sector or healthcare sector or government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
