Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement and manage social media accounts.

– Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the clients.

– Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

– Define the most important social media KPIs

– Manage and oversee social media content

– Use social media marketing tools.

– Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

– Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.

– Marketing Agency experience is a MUST

– Fluent in English and Arabic.

– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat.
