Cost Controller
Job description: –
• Check the financial master data of any extended/newly created parts then roll over the cost properly. Review the standard cost and report all types of variances and burdens. Manage the timely processing of the transactions to ensure that the costs are accurate in the system.
• Partner with operation supervisors/SMEs to provide advice on matters impacting PnL
• Ensure the accuracy of headcounts cost centers (addition, deletion, transfers …)
• Prepare monthly OPEX related reports to timetable support flash updates related to REMS. Support in Stocktaking (Annual and monthly cycle count)
• Review and analyze project actual costs (hours, consumptions.) versus planned costs. Create and control Project/WBS.
• Support in Stocktaking (Annual and monthly cycle count). Allocation cycles control (update as needed, run). Create/update the overhead rates.
• Support in Annual Fixed Assets Count. Supporting in preparing the budget and forecast submissions.
Qualifications and Experience
• Qualified Accountant or Bachelor/master’s degree in accounting/Controlling.
• 3-5 years of experience in a costing/controlling/project role in manufacturing plant.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and reporting system (Hyperion) are considered an advantage.
• The candidate must possess good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• The candidate must be a self-starter, motivated and hands-on. Strong ethics and integrity
