We are looking for a motivated and experienced Arabic Business Developer with a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a UAE-based accounting company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the UAE market.
Generate leads and nurture existing client relationships to increase business revenue.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a UAE-based accounting company (Mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
