Job Responsibilities:

Shortlisting of Candidate CV’s- recruiting from local and international markets.
Candidate Assessment- ensuring they understand what is expected of them in their duty and furthermore, ensure they are capable of the skills they say they have.
Collection of all documentation required- this will ensure a speedy visa process and get the candidate into work promptly.
Candidate Interview- evaluate how the Candidate acts, presents themselves, and maintains a conversation

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in HR or Recruitment
Experienced in the medical industry, and knowledge of the visa process in UAE.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experienced in handling and processing job orders via MWO would be an advantage
Proficient IT skills including typing and managing large quantities of data on Microsoft Excel
