Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal and external communications activities, including project coordination, meeting organization, drafting presentations and letters, developing key messages in both Arabic and English, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues from different departments. Responsibilities

Coordinate internal communications projects, including meetings and events, and follow up with marketing team to ensure that messaging is aligned with company goals
Draft internal communications, including presentations, letters, and key messages in both Arabic and English
Manage external communications, including cold emails, cold phone calls, and appointment setting, and take
minutes of meetings
Plan and execute B2B outreach initiatives by participating
in brainstorming sessions, developing creative content, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing materials
Assist in the production of media content including photos, videos, and reels.
Handle social media posting across platforms by coordinating with the media specialist and marketing manager
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of messaging and campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience with content development, social media management, and email marketing
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and tools for measuring and analyzing communication metrics (preferred)
