1. A true consultant at heart with a niche for delivering the best client journey – where memories are created and cherished!
2. Market, promote and sell completed, Secondary and off plan properties on the Dubai to the clientele globally.
3. Act as an internal consultant and work with a great sportsmanship attitude.
4. Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities worldwide.
5. Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.
6. Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors.
7. Participate in exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi – Middle East region and globally.
8. Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills are a must!
9. Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, RERA or similar licenses are preferred.
Essential Requirements: –
Understanding of the UAE property market·
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to network effectively at all levels.
An enthusiastic approach, with a “can do” and hands-on attitude.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skill. (Freshers can also apply.)
