Job Requirements: Legal Manager
Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our Legal department. As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the company and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Legal Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas
Excellent understanding of local and international legal frameworks
Proven track record of successfully managing legal issues and providing sound legal advice
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts and agreements
Experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal research and staying up-to-date with legal developments
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
Master’s degree in Law or a related field
