Jobs at this level are responsible to control of the receipt, delivery and storage of goods, maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring efficient handling of goods delivered and received.
Responsibilities
Stores, issues, maintains inventory, and delivers supplies and equipment.
Sort out defective / damage / lost / missing items. Purchase and restore the defective / damage / lost / missing items.
Follows-up, and performs administrative duties related to the ordering, receipt, and delivery of items.
Maintains related records.
Maintain all equipment usage log and repair log.
Coordinate with FM team for regular
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
