Job Summary
The position of key account manager is very important to maintain solid relationships with the company’s key clients and customer, include growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, attending all meetings, conventions, training workshops, & develop relationships with potential clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
1-Responsible for managing, developing & maintain business with the major (Key) customers of the company.
2-Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. Track and resolve critical issues.
3-Identify new clients and secure them as clients for business growth.
4-Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
5-Build & sustain healthy relations with key clients to ensure repeat / referral business.
6-Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
7-Communicating & collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
8-Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
9-Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Education
1-MBA / Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing.
2-Overall, 5 years of experience in sales / marketing.
3-Good Command over English & Arabic.
