Role Description
We are offering a full-time hybrid position for a Maintenance Manager based in Riyadh. The Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring the upkeep of equipment, executing preventive maintenance procedures, and managing various maintenance and repair projects. This hybrid role allows for a mix of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
10+ years experience in commercial kitchen and laundry industry preferred.
Strong management skills for leading a maintenance team.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in motivating the maintenance department.
Proven efficiency under pressure.
Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
Supervisory skills for effective team management.
Experience in equipment maintenance and preventive practices.
Proficiency in project management for timely and cost-effective results.
Previous maintenance management experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Equipment troubleshooting and repair proficiency.
