This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Chief. The Crew Chief will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of workers in loading, unloading, and securing cargo in a safe and efficient manner. The Crew Chief will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of cargo. This role is located in Jaber Al-Ahmad.
Qualifications
Experience in logistics and/or shipping operations
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic
