Job Title : – QA Manager
Job Location : – Ajman, UAE
Requirements: –
I) Educational Background:
– Bachelor’s or master’s, degree in food science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
II) Experience:
– Significant experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within the food industry, preferably in a flour mill or related processing facility.
III) Knowledge of Regulatory Standards:
– Familiarity with relevant food safety regulations and standards, including those set by local and international authorities.
IV) HACCP Certification:
– Certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is often required, demonstrating expertise in ensuring food safety.
V) Quality Management Systems (QMS) Knowledge:
– Understanding and experience with implementing and managing Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001, to ensure consistent product quality.
VI) Analytical Skills:
– Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data related to product quality, process efficiency, and compliance.
VII) Communication Skills:
– Effective communication skills to convey quality standards and expectations to the production team and other relevant stakeholders.
VIII) Problem-Solving Abilities:
– Ability to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve processes to enhance overall quality.
IX) Attention to Detail:
– A keen eye for detail is crucial to identify any deviations from quality standards and ensure that corrective measures are taken promptly.
X) Team Management:
– Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
XI) Auditing Experience:
– Experience in conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
XII) Knowledge of Flour Milling Processes:
– Specific knowledge of the flour milling processes, including milling technology, grain handling, and packaging, is advantageous.
