Job Position: Chief Accountant

Offered Salary – AED 5000 to AED 7000

Good experience in VAT, CORPORATE TAX, ERP, SAP, MONTHLY CLOSING, BANK RECONCILIATION Etc.

Job Responsibilities & Experiences

·     Well experience in VAT entries, documentations and VAT submission.

·     Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

·     Preparation of the company’s budget.

·     Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.

·     Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g., auditor, bankers and statutory organizations’ such as the Inland Revenue.

·     Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

·     Provide the management with appropriate Financial Information as a basis for budget and cost management.

·     Responsible for day-to-day treasury control over cash flow, preparation of cash flow forecast and control of payment deadline and budget compliance.

·     Prepare all annual Expense Budgets and rolling Forecasts.

·     Maintenance of Financial Accounts on a day-to-day basis without any backlog in an accurate manner

·     Forecast Cash Flow positions and ensure the sufficient fund are available to meet on-going operational expenses and upcoming Dues

·     Ensuring timely collection of all dues from Customers and provide the daily receivables statement with ageing analysis to the Sales, Operation team and Top management.

·     From Ledger creation, Journal entries to Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Fund Flow statement and MIS Report.

·     Inventory control & Petty cash management.

·     Coordinating with banks to ensure effective fund management, minimal bank charges and produce monthly bank reconciliation statement.

·     Processing timely payment to all Suppliers Local / International.

·        Expertise gained in handling Accounts strategy planning, managing various fiscal issues relating to international and local business, structuring of cross-border transactions and business deals, regulatory aspects concerned with authority.

·        Experience in independently planning and managing daily business operations to ensure the corporate goals are realized.

·        Proven ability in improving and enhancing the maximization of company profits and internal controls in finance management.

·        Possess significant leadership experience resulting in better accounting performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team.

·        Possess strong ability to review budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, fund flow, financial institutions and constantly monitoring cost-benefit analysis.

Languages: Excellent communication skill in English. And Arabic will be additional credit.

Working Experience: not less than 5 years.

Academic Qualification: Postgraduate in Accounting.

Software Experience: well knowledge in ERP system. SAP experience would be advantage.
