With a minimum of 2 years of media buying experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, and executing targeted media campaigns that drive growth and engagement for our financial clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

– Collaborate closely with financial clients to understand objectives, target audience, and unique value propositions.

– Develop strategic media plans that align with clients’ financial products and services.

2. Platform Expertise and Compliance:

– Identify the most relevant digital platforms for financial campaigns, considering PPC, social media, display advertising, and more.

– Ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and platform-specific policies.

3. Budget Allocation and Optimization:

– Allocate media budgets effectively across platforms for optimal campaign performance.

– Monitor spending and make adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).

4. Media Buying and Negotiation:

– Negotiate media rates, placements, and terms with publishers, ad networks, and platforms.

– Execute media purchases according to approved media plans.

5. Data-Driven Analysis and Optimization:

– Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and optimize for key metrics like click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.

– Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

6. A/B Testing and Innovation:

– Conduct A/B testing of ad variations, messaging, and targeting options for improved campaign performance.

– Implement innovative testing strategies to refine campaigns.

7. Reporting and Insights:

– Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.

– Maintain open communication with financial clients, providing progress updates and insights.

8. Creative Collaboration:

– Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and messaging that effectively communicate financial offerings to the target audience.

9. Competitive Analysis and Strategy Development:

– Conduct competitive research to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices for campaign strategies.

10. Conversion Funnel Enhancement:

– Collaborate with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team to optimize landing pages and improve lead generation.

11. Remarketing and User Engagement:

– Design and execute remarketing strategies to re-engage users who have shown interest in financial products.

– Implement dynamic ad content based on user interactions.

12. Cross-Channel Integration and Collaboration:

– Work closely with other digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated efforts across channels.

13. Fraud Prevention and Brand Safety:

– Collaborate with ad verification partners to ensure brand-safe ad placements and implement fraud prevention measures.

14. Tailored Reporting and Trend Analysis:

– Create customized reports for financial clients that highlight performance insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on the financial sector and brokers.

– Proven track record of successful media campaign execution within the financial industry.

– In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.

– Familiarity with media buying platforms, ad networks, and analytics tools.

– Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable media deals.

– Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.
