Job Title: Re-Insurance Manager
Job Summary:
The Re-insurance Manager will be responsible for negotiating with re-insurance companies to provide re-insurance coverage for high value policies that Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) is unable to cover alone. He will also be responsible for evaluating risks related to insurance policies and will ensure the correct application of re-insurance or facultative insurance in adherence with established agreements.

Qualifications
A minimum of:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (Master’s Degree is preferred) with a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Management-level experience is required (1+ years).
Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of re-insurance, risk evaluation, and pricing.
Ability to select, develop, manage and motivate personnel.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
