This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Quality Assurance – Call Coordinator at ALMIRAX Real Estate. The Quality Assurance – Call Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer service calls to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a professional and effective manner. The Quality Assurance – Call Coordinator will also be responsible for providing feedback and coaching to customer service representatives in order to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or quality assurance
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, or customer service required
Experience in real estate industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze customer service calls and provide feedback
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and provide coaching and feedback in a professional and constructive manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies and software programs as needed
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
