Responsibilities
1-Building relationships with key clients and establishing long-term business partnerships with them.
2-Reviewing customer orders and inventory to ensure that all customer needs are being met.
3-Interact and co-operate with the all members of the organization and its suppliers and clients/customers.
4-Establishing and enforcing company policies regarding customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics.
5-Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
6-Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry.
7-Responsibility to assist your Line Manager in the supervision of the Sales Team.
8-Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share.
9-Monitoring sale employees performance to ensure that they are meeting goals and adhering to company policies.
10-Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager.
11-Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities.
12-Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
13-Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.
Qualifications
1-Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
2- Two to three years of experience in sales.
3-Microsoft Office skill.
4-The ability to manage a team and deal with sales representatives.
5-The ability to develop long and short term strategies.
6-Communication and persuasion skill.
7-Intermediate level of English.
