Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Receptionist cum Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Manage office supplies and inventory
Generate leads and identify potential customers through online and offline research
Qualify leads and conduct preliminary meetings with potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all leads are followed up on in a timely manner
Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Previous experience in receptionist and lead generation roles preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
