 Expertise in Finacle Internet & Mobile banking (Retail & Corporate)

 Leadership & Communication (both written and oral)

 Experience in Digital Transformation

 Willingness to go Onsite

 Good communication skills, social skills, and assertiveness

 Familiarity with agile software engineering methodologies (SCRUM)

 Proficiency in Azure DevOps / TFS, JIRA

 Proficiency in preparing various QA dashboards & reports

 Liaise with various stakeholders

 Certifications: Test Management, Agile
