We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive.

Technical Skills:

· Good communication skills (specially verbal and email)

· Quick learner.

· 1 to 2 years exp in Software Application field (Technical or Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Researching and identifying potential customers and leads

· Development of database of HR and IT industry.

· Cold-calling and emailing prospects to introduce products or services

· Building relationships with customers

· Creating and managing sales pipeline and tracking progress

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors

· Achieving sales targets and quotas

· Providing feedback to the marketing team to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
